Russel Treat is the President and CEO of the EnerACT Companies, and President of its subsidiaries EnerSys Corp. and Gas Certification Institute LLC. He is responsible for EnerSys Corp.’s operations as a provider of software and services to enable pipeline operators to comply with control room management regulations while at the same time implementing operations best practice.

Treat is also responsible for Gas Certification Institute’s operations in custody transfer hydrocarbon measurement training and standard operating procedures.

For more than 25 years Treat has been involved in the design, specification, selection, development and delivery of products and systems for oil and gas measurement and automation. He works closely with pipelines and midstream operators on their selection and implementation across all mission critical systems.
