As Senior Vice President of Michels Pipeline Construction, Bob has responsibility for all aspects of pipeline construction operations across the United States, including construction of mainline & distribution pipelines, gathering field systems, facility construction, station fabrication, maintenance & repair. Bob has been in the pipeline industry over 35 years, working his way through the business as a laborer, teamster operator, and then into management. He has helped to grow Michels Pipeline into the largest full‐service pipeline contractor in North America (ranked by ENR magazine). Bob sits on the PLCA Board of Directors, the PLCA Labor Negotiating Committee, the International Labors Training Steering Committee, and the Teamsters Pension Fund.
