A proven, successful safety professional with 25 years’ experience in General Industry, Oil and Gas Industry and the Construction Industry. Most recently he worked for CalOSHA as an Associate Safety Engineer in the High Hazard Unit. Prior to working for CalOSHA, Paul worked as a subject matter expert for PG&E as a Senior Safety Advisor to the PSEP program for three years. At PG&E, Paul provided support and guidance to senior management for the Contractor Management Program, developed the Weekly Safety Message Program, developed the materials for Pacific Gas & Electric’s Pipeline Safety Enhancement Program safety orientation training modules and conducted hundreds of site audits. Prior to working for PG&E, Paul worked for Rosetta Resources, an Oil and Gas company, managing all Environmental, Health and Safety issues for California, Colorado and Wyoming.
Paul is a Subject Mater Expect with: CCR Title 8, CFR 1926, CFR 1910 and the State One-call Damage Prevention Programs. Paul’s professional experience also includes expertize in Air Permitting, FMCSA, PHMSA, and Hazardous Materials Business Plans.
